At any point of the project. Best if you test early, but it’s never too late. In fact, most Navigation issues can be pinpointed in wireframe tests.
How many users are tested?
We typically test 3-15 Users depending on which round of testing and the size of the project. We then create a list of 5-10 major tasks for your website during each round of testing from our expert panel and/or from your firm based on your goals and objectives. i.e. Find product information, Book a flight from Miami to New York, Buy a pair of shoes, Track your order, etc. It’s the simple tasks that help us identify the biggest problems with your website or application.
